On the other hand, it is obvious that staying physically and mentally heathy is also for people’s self-interest. Despite being sapped by the strength to work and be able to self-sufficient, illness produces a myriad of intense and long-lasting negative feelings – everything from exhaustion and fear to guilt and resentment because of demands made on family and friends, all of which are suffered by the very person himself.
